Shipping cost US $14.95 will be applied for all orders below US $99.00. There is no handling charge.
All orders are shipped via UPS ground service. All orders received before 4:00pm EST will be shipped the same day excluding the items that are temporarily out of stock. The orders received after 4:00pm EST will be shipped the next business day excluding the items that are temporarily out of stock. You will automatically get your BILLIARD4U.com Order ID number from our website. Please print and save this page for your future records. If you do not receive your package within the delivery schedule, you can contact Customer Service at 1 (877) 752-9347 or via E-mail cservice@billiard4u.com. We will contact the carrier for a complete investigation and track the package for you.

We attempt to ensure that products are available at all times. However, due to high demand, some products may temporarily be unavailable for purchase. If this should arise, you can contact Customer Service at 1 (877) 752-9347 or via E-mail cservice@billiard4u.com and we will be pleased to provide you with an estimated stock replenishment date. We will attempt to provide you with several options to make your shopping experience an enjoyable one.

Product Return

We accept returns for full refunds (excluding the cost of shipping) within 30 days. If for some reason you receive a defective unit, please call us at 1 (877) 752-9347 or email us at cservice@billiard4u.com with the description of the problem. If the product is deemed defective, a customer service representative will provide you with the appropriate instructions in order for you to return the product. You will need the following information:
- Serial number of the defective product (if applicable);
- BILLIARD4U.com Order ID Number;

BILLIARD4U.com online store will replace any defective product returned to us within 30 days of the purchase date as quickly as possible, provided that you would like that unit replaced as long as the product is still in its original condition. The replacement product will only be shipped upon the arrival of the defective unit.

Shipping costs for returned merchandise is the customers' responsibility. Credits and refunds to customer credit cards will only be applied upon receipt of returned items.

However, if you are returning it for any personal reason other than a defect or shipping damage, we will assess a 20% restocking fee and we will not be responsible for shipping charges.
